Windsor House.

In the first phase we fully refurbished the reception area, carrying out complete redecoration alongside the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems. The space was transformed into a welcoming, modern entrance, featuring a bespoke reception desk.

We transformed a former toilet and store room into high-quality communal showers and changing facility for tenants. The works included installing new showers, WCs, and a dedicated changing area,  providing modern, practical amenities that support workplace comfort and well-being. 

In the third and final phase, we revitalised the historic Palm Court Foyer and Café, now known as The Pantry. Blending traditional architecture with contemporary design, the refurbishment introduced luxurious booths, modern finishes, and a striking central olive tree.
