We erected external scaffolding to access elevations, cleaned thoroughly, repointed damaged mortar joints, and carried out sensitive masonry repairs to the historic fabric. New timber sash windows were installed on the third floor, enhancing its overall architectural integrity and visual appeal.

We remodelled the basement, ground, first, and second floors to deliver a high end CAT A fit out. Our team designed the full M&E, and works included core areas and WCs. The result is a premium, modern workspace with refined finishes, enhanced functionality, and meticulous attention to detail.

We constructed a roof terrace above a live plantroom, beginning with a temporary roof structure. Works included installation of structural steelwork, roof decking, and zinc roofing. The terrace was fully fitted to a  high-quality finish creating a functional and stylish outdoor space.
